Lil' Wayne was undisputedly the king of hip hop in 2008. You seriously can't front on dude after sweeping most of the hip hop awards of 08, and putting in more work than a robot on overdrive with an endless supply of batteries.
Question is: Will he dominate in 09? Weezy got plans to do just that! It may be his year again, or maybe Jay-Z will be back to reclaim the title. Either way, there will be super hot releases from the Hip Hop heavyweights in 09...
