We caught up with member M.O.B on the status of CT hip hop and this is what he had to say...
'Well the scene does exist but there's not much unity. Everyone thinks they can build awareness on their own.
We try our utmost to include everyone in what we are trying to do, but sometimes so called MC's are just not interested or just unprofessional in the manner they carry out their business.
Also alot of guys feel because they have been attempting to break into the industry for a longer time, they cannot be assisted by guys that has been doing this for more or less 3 years.
We know here is a huge thirst for quality hip hop music and events, we have the artists all we need is to nurture them about the music/business aspects of the entertainment!'Stayed tuned to HYPE for more...
