Since the sudden and tragic death of Pop Icon Michael Jackson, thousands of his fans have mourned his loss by donating money to one of his many charities. However, recently false Michael Jackson charity organisations have emerged with hopes of extorting money from MJ’s millions of fans.
One such organization is the ‘West Africa Michael Jackson Organisation and Charity’ run by Mrs. Joan Adun from Abuja Nigeria. This false organistaion has been sending out an e-mail requesting MJ fans to make a contribution to their society that helps millions of orphans without food or shelter.
Please do not fall for this scheme as neither the organisation nor its charity exists. The e-mail being circulated is titled ‘The King Of Pop Star’ and requests fans to send donations via the money gram/western union.
