The Louis Vuitton Don himself, Kanye West is breaking boundaries once again. Mr. West has become the first ever rapper to design his own custom sneaker for Louis Vuitton.
The all red low cut shoe made of light weight rubber was exhibited for the first time in Paris earlier this year. Kanye can now add the shoe to his designs of the already popular Air Yeezy collection, as well as his Pastelle clothing line.
The highly anticipated sneaker is set to hit stores in America in June 09 and might take a minute before it gets to Africa. Adding to this, Kanye has also announced that hence forth, he wants to be called ‘Martin Louis the King jr,’
In a recent youtube video circulating on the internet Kanye says: ‘Due to what has happened when the red shoes hit the runway, I was forced to change my name to Martin Louis the King jr. Address me as such,’ – Van Go
