Former Dipset member Juelz Santana and hip hop superstar Lil Wayne have teamed up and completed a joint album titled 'My Face Can’t Be Felt' due for release late in 2009.

According to Santana, the duo had already finished the album before Wayne dropped The Carter 3 last year, which subsequently led to their joint project being delayed.

In an online video, Juelz explains how record labels and promotions have been the cause of their mixtape delay, but insists that if things are not sorted out soon, they will distribute the project independently.

Forbes quotes Juelz Santana: “Hopefully, we can put the album out the right way through a major label but if not, ufck it, we gonna give the streets what they want. The music is done. So they gonna get it one way or another because it's not like we gotta go in the studio and record.”
